HIGHWAY to Tech, Money and Skills

Maxwell's Demon of the Second Kind: How to Go Mad with the Help of Four Letters

Since the discovery of the structure of the deoxyribonucleic acid molecule in 1953, DNA has become one of the main research objects for biologists and a cultural phenomenon. DNA (more precisely, its media image) is densely fixed in popular culture. Comparing the history of the development of DNA-based technologies and the history of art, one way or another connected with DNA, we can observe interesting examples of concurrency and convergence, mimicry and co-evolution.
